This pretty little thing is not only polled, but is bright-eyed and alert. She’s very friendly and likes to eat, and she lets us know it! I personally like the big eaters, because a healthy appetite is an essential trait for maintaining good body condition throughout lactation and developing a nice depth of barrel. You can always cut heavier does back on groceries, but you can’t very easily put weight on a slender milking doe that’s picky about food. This girl seems to be the complete package, but all we can do is wait and see as she matures. Big hopes for her!
